High Protein Onion Dip

Slice onion. Heat oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Add onions, baking soda and vinegar. Cook onions, stirring, for about 15 minutes until golden brown and soft. Stir in salt and pepper and let cool. Next, add cottage cheese and yogurt to a food processor and process for about 1 minute. Add onions and pulse a few times. Do a taste test and add more salt if needed. Garnish the dip with a sprinkle of chives if you’d like and serve with the crackers!
